So you’re all pumped to get pumped! You ordered the Iron Gym pull up system, and it finally arrived. Now all that is left to do is put that bad boy together, stick it to a door frame and get buff. Once you have assembled the Iron Gym, there are a few things to consider related to safety before you start working out.

First thing first, make sure you have enough room at the top of the door frame to safely install the Iron Gym pull up bar securely. It is suggested you have at least a quarter of an inch worth of space at the top of the door frame to securely fit the iron gym pull up system. While the minimum suggested is a quarter inch, a half inch worth of room is your best bet to ensure the best results. If you try to install the iron gym without the appropriate amount of space, chances are on your first pull up, you will wind up on your rear end with a sour look on your face.

Next, assure that the black bar at the top of the unit is snug against the wall, above the door frame. You do not want any play between this black bar and the top of the door frame, you will want a tight fit. If the bar is loose, or the Iron Gym is able to move freely in any direction, take the unit down, and try installing the iron gym again. The reason you want to put an emphasis on a tight fit is that a lot of people “bounce” when they reach the top of their pull ups. If the system is loose, chances are after a few successful pull-ups the unit will detach from the wall. Again, causing you to wind up with a sore bottom.

Last, but definitely not least, work out sensibly. Having a home based work out system can be both beneficial and hazardous at the same time. A lot of people will hit the iron so hardcore, they burn themselves out. Remember, it is a smart idea to alternate between working out different sections of the body. You do not want to work your arms and upper body extensively without taking breaks or working another body section. Doing so could lead to muscle fatigue, muscle soreness, strained muscles, tearing of ligaments, soft tissue damage amongst others. Also remember to drink plenty of fluids when you are working out on the iron gym pull up system. This will also help prevent muscle cramps as well as fatigue.

I’ve never been fat, in fact, I consider myself skinny. I do not need to work out to lose weight, rather to “bulk up.” I have taken the route of a gym membership but something always seems to keep me from going to the gym to work out. Whether it be my lazy nature, or my hectic schedule, it just never works out. Not to mention the monthly gym membership costs just going towards nothing but eating a hole in my wallet, I needed a better choice. I needed something that allowed me to work out in the comfort of my own home, when I wanted to, and not take up a whole lot of space.

After doing a bit of research online, I came across the Iron Gym. To be quite honest this seemed to be another one of those “too good to be true” gimmicks that would just sit in the closet never getting any use. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I ordered the Iron Gym with full intentions on using it, and use it I did. Once I got the Iron Gym delivered to my door, I was ready to rock. I got that thing put together in what I thought was a new time record (17 minutes) even though the directions looked like it would take hours. Once the pull-up bar was finished, I hung it on my bedroom door frame. After getting the appropriate music rocking on my ipod, I got to working out.

Once I finished my routine, I thought to myself, “I could see this really working!” I remember saying that several more times upon completing my daily regimen, each time with more and more confident that this product was right for me. I was working out on the Iron Gym pull up bar twice a day, for about twenty minutes each go. I would do this approximately four times a week, sometimes less if my busy lifestyle got in the way. After two weeks, I had already started seeing results. My arms were looking bigger, my chest was feeling more tight, and overall I just felt better. Working out with the Iron Gym pull up system has benefited me greatly. So far, it has been four months since I’ve started a work out with the iron gym, and I’m feeling fantastic. I’ve increased my bicep size 1.2 inches, my chest is flat and toned, and the days of man boobs are no more. I really owe my physical shape to the Iron Gym home workout system, and I say that in all seriousness. No other product out there can give me the flexibility to work out in a small amount of space, for that short of a time period, and produce results like that. I would recommend the Iron Gym pull up bar to friends and relatives with one and only one caution – When they say to make sure the door frame has at least a quarter inch of molding on it, definitely make sure. You could lose valuable work out time nursing a sore tailbone when the thing snaps off the door and you land on your behind!

Six pack abs, washboard abs, and killer abs are just some of the terms that people are putting with the Iron Gym. Dying to have fantastic abs? If given the chance most people would exchange everything just to have fabulously looking abs. Getting the abs you have desired for so long is not easy to achieve, but adding a regular exercise program into your weekly life with the Iron Gym will help you get there. Not many people succeed in having real head-turner abs. One of the main reasons why people fail to get the perfects abs is that they are not practicing the right technique with their abs exercises.

Want to know the top secret in making your abs exercises even more effective? Doing the right exercise will not give you the perfect-looking abs but it can help you save time and energy. Read on and learn the most effective tips in getting the abs you long wanted. You don’t need to hire a personal trainer or a fitness coach – the Iron Gym will do it all! Follow these tips and before you know it, you’ll have the abs like supermodels.

Before starting the ab crunches, tighten first your stomach muscles by drawing in your belly to the spine. Doing this will help you stabilize the hips, lower back and the pelvis and also strengthen your transverse abdominus, the deepest abdominal muscle. Make sure that you chin is tucked in a neutral position with enough space between the chin and the chest. Anchor your feet under the Iron Gym training bar and slowly lift your chin to the ceiling. I personally do 10 crunches, in 5 sets, so 50 crunches a day every other day.

However, if you are suffering from osteoporosis you should stop from doing flexion exercises. Instead of having sexy abs, you can endanger your lower back, if you continue doing the above exercise. You need to stop doing any abdominal exercise if you can feel an increasing pain in your lower back, abdomen, pelvis and hips.

The Iron Gym is changing many people, be healthier, more energized and have fantastic abs in less than a month!

Are you looking to get six pack abs in a week? It is not possible to get six pack abs so quick, but if you add the Iron Gym into your exercise routine, you can see a change in your abs in less than a month. It’s not easy for everybody to have those prefect abs. Here’s a basic guide that will improve your abs in just a few weeks.

Remember that the abs will appear only when you build up the abdominal muscles and reduce your body fat which covering them. Schedule to work your abs three times per week with your Iron Gym. There are a bunch of different ab exercises you can do with your Iron Gym, so try to pick three of them that you like doing and switch around a bit. Crunches are very good for working the top art of your abs, I recommend doing 10 crunches in sets of 4, at least every other day. Working with your feet under your Iron Gym will give you enough resistance to make crunches challenging! If you do not have belly fat and not overweight then it’s very easy to build your abs without needing to loose weight. The Iron Gym allows you to work every single muscle in your entire body.

Many people who want a six pack of abs find it difficult to get but it’s not hopeless. If you are consistent with your exercise program and build a routine, in less than a month you will see a big change. You might loose 2 to 4 inches around, you might boost your shoulders, triceps and arms. The results of your exercise program will only tell you what you have completed. The Iron Gym will give you the body and the abs of your dreams! Remember to reduce the intake on fatty foods and to include some bodyweight exercises in your workouts.

If you spend anytime at all watching TV you must have seen some abs related infomercial or another. Indeed, abs machines and gadgets are a hot product and the marketing around them is creative and impressive. One of the more prominent of these machines is the Iron Gym which is a device for working your abs and entire body at the same time.

I have not tried the Iron Gym myself so this article just uses this specific machine as an example of a more general question: which way should you choose to lose belly fat and get sexy abs: a machine like the Iron Gym or Abs Knowledge?

The only knowledge you need to have is abs do not come with couch potatoes. You have to be devoted to making your body look the best it can. Using the Iron Gym allows you to control the muscles that make your workout best fit you. Bodyweight Training increases as you utilize the many functions of the Iron Gym. With a complete in home system built to last, how can you go wrong with the Iron Gym?

Why do I think that abs can be created on the Iron Gym? There are a few reasons:

The Iron Gym doesn’t teach you nutrition, but it sure helps you slim down your abs, helping you obtain the flat 6 pack you’ve always wanted! Using your Iron Gym you can regulate how well you loose weight and how fast you sculpt your body! Being consistent in your routine will give you a long term body.

Iron Gym is built not to break down.

Iron Gym is not limited to a narrow range of exercises. Bodyweight training is excellent forms for getting the abs you want!

The Iron Gym lets you do curl ups, pull ups, push ups, sit ups, crunches and dips.

Overall, I believe that you need both ab education and the Iron Gym to make your dreams come true. The two combined will get excellent results and have the kind of stomach you’ve always wanted. Invest in an Iron Gym, change your eating habits and you will rock the world!

They say having washboard abs is a tough thing to achieve. Many are now in the pursuit of having killer abs by using the Iron Gym. Many of them still fail because they have the wrong the approach. To have perfect looking abs entails the right type of exercise and proper food intake. Pro Fit’s Iron Gym, increases your opportunity to have the classic washboard abs!

Once these two are practiced, expect to have satisfying results and you will be able to flaunt your abs by going shirtless in summer! To guide you on the right ab exercises you need to achieve the washboard abs, read on and discover your partner in achieving a perfectly shaped body.

For your upper abs, you can do crunches. They are very simple forms of exercise but they are highly effective in developing your upper abs. Simply lay on your back and with your hands located behind your head, raise the shoulder blades off the floor and look to the ceiling, while keeping your feet anchored under the Iron Gym training bar. Notice that your upper abs is working when doing this type of exercise. When maintaining the upper abs, you don’t have do perform a full sit up, you just have to hit the upper abs. Do 10 crunches in 4 sets, then add as you get comfortable with your exercise!

Meanwhile, the leg raises are perfect when developing the lower abs. To do this exercise, raise up your legs while you are lying on your back and your legs straight. Focus on the burn in your lower stomach and then little by little lower your legs and repeat this same exercise for 10 counts try to accomplish this exercise at least 4 sets. They say the lower abs is the most difficult part to develop. However, if you do this exercise the right way, expect to have the perfect washboard abs.

Want flat abs? With the Iron Gym you can obtain other benefits that include higher energy levels, more endurance power, more flexibility, and a flat abs. Six meals a day plus snacks does not equal flat abs and sexy muscles!

With the Iron Gym you can easily do sit-ups, dips and crunches pushing you to your goal of a thinner, tighter midsection and sexy looking abs! Here we mention a couple of easy-to-do, great exercises for flat abs and they are 3 simple free workout routines to get a ripped abs without even doing 100 abdominal exercises every day. Crunches will give you firm abs! Performing loads of ab exercises will absolutely not give you a flat abs unless you can loose any undesirable fat that may be camouflaging your stomach.

The process of obtaining or trying to obtain the stereotypical perfect flat abs is long and does require a high level of commitment. One can have convenient azimuth degree markings molded in heavy duty ABS flat base. She is naturally tall and thin with wide hips and very flat abs. Using the Iron Gym in her daily exercises is why she looks to good!

If you had to pick 3 things that work time and time again to get flat abs, what would they be. “I don’t have time to…have flat abs” “I can’t …have flat abs” “I not able to. Have flat abs”. Sure, you can! It’s easy all you have to do is squeeze in a little time throughout your day, about 2 to 4 minutes of actual time on the Iron Gym! That’s it!

Well, the iron gym will give you the flat abs, toned arms and legs that you can flaunt. Flat abs and six packs are difficult to achieve. The truth is we all have flat abs.

The first and most important thing to get control of in order to get flat abs is cleaning up your diet. And all that is interpreted as “I choose not to have flat abs”. Anyone can achieve their ideal body (within genetic capacity) if they dedicate themselves to doing a regular routine on the Iron Gym. If your answer to the above is a loud “I don’t have time”, “I can’t” or “I’m not able to” Then you should follow it up with the words “have flat abs”!

The best flat tummy exercises for awesome female abs have nothing to do with jogging on a treadmill, doing crunches or sit ups. The best way to get a well rounded abs is to use the Iron Gym! Want a tight 6 pack?? Read on to hear more!
Want a little bit of increase on your weight loss and tummy slimming doing exercises like tummy crunches and sit ups only strain your back and trim you down an itsy bitsy bit. The new revolutionary way is the Iron Gym.

Any doorway can become your personal gym with the Iron Gym you can strengthen and tone your chest, arms, shoulders, back, abs and more! The totally cool grip positions offer three distinctive ways to work out! The narrow grip, wide grip and the neutral grip – allows your routine not to be boring and the same old thing! Place your Iron Gym on the floor for even more exercising abilities such as dips and crunches.
Tone and slim your waist line with Hula hooping, this whacky but easy to do exercise will have you trim in no time at all! Simply twirl the hula hoop around your waist 10 minutes a day! Don’t do all of your 10 minutes at one time; try to do 5 two minute twirlings for the maximum effect! A hula hoop is one of the best pieces of equipment you can use to tone your waist and hips.
Did you know you do not need to do direct ab exercises to get a flat tummy? I’m not kidding. What you need to do is Hindu squats! This is one of the best exercises; Hindu squats are 10 times better than ab crunches! What you do is in 5 minutes you master 100 squats. This means you squat until your finger tips brush the floor (this is how you know you’ve gone all the way down), no breaks in between, so this means do as many as you can in 5 minutes. It’s a lot harder than it sounds!
This pose is much like sucking your lower tummy into your tail bone. I explain this exercise so many ways as this and people understand better what they are supposed to do. Technically it’s called the Vacuum Pose, but many get confused! This is another exercise you can do on the days you don’t use your Iron Gym. If you want to be like some of my clients and lose 1.3/4 inches around then make no other changes to your diet or exercise program and just do the Vacuum pose.
The best result is to suck in your lower tummy to your tailbone for about 15-60 seconds. The deeper and longer you hold this position the more you lose. Do this exercise up to 5 minutes a day! You’ll have the best abs ever!
